People need leaders to show them the way forward, and leaders need a heart for the people so they can serve them out of genuine compassion. Developing leaders who share vision and character enables a channel of blessings to flow to the multitudes.
The leaders will help the people to find God so that they will have the spiritual resources to live fruitful human lives. Through the networks that develop, clean water, health care, and reconciliation can reach individuals, communities and areas in crisis.
